Spring Open Day, Norbury Park Sawmill -19 May 13
By Andy Skilton, Managing Partner (pictured)
I am proud to be a non-executive director of Norbury Park Wood Products (NPWP), a sawmill and supplier of countryside furniture and garden features, operating from Norbury Park, a beautiful woodland setting near Dorking.
From 10am to 4pm this Sunday, 19 May, NPWP are holding their annual spring open day, and I thought I would encourage you to come along to what always proves a great day out.
NPWP is managed by Surrey Wildlife Trust and all profits are reinvested into protecting Surrey's countryside and wildlife. Admission to the open day is free and there are events and activities for everyone, with guided tours at both 10:30am and 2:00pm. You can also enjoy countryside furniture making (the results of which you can buy), workshop demonstrations, woodland crafts and a barbecue among other things.
For a flier with full details, please click here, or you can visit the NPWP website at www.norburyparksawmill.org.uk. The Sawmill can be found at Norbury Park Estate, Mickleham, Dorking, RH5 6DN. Click here for a map and directions.
